The International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), the International Air Transport Association (IATA), and member countries have strict regulations on carrying alcoholic solutions on board as carry-on baggage.

However, in response to the complex development of the COVID-19 pandemic and the increased demand for convenient sanitising solutions, on March 7, 2020, the International Air Transport Association (IATA) issued special guidelines for transporting alcohol-based hand sanitiser gels on board as carry-on baggage.

You can carry hand sanitising liquids containing alcohol in carry-on baggage not exceeding 100ml to ensure flight safety as the main ingredient of these liquids is alcohol, which is flammable.
